Ingredients
2 Small Tins or One Large Tin of Carrots
1 Tin of Lentils
1 Vegetable Stock Pot
100mls Water
2 Teaspoons Dried Coriander Leaf
1 Teaspoon Garlic Granules
1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
Method
Pour the Carrots (inc juice from the Tin) and Lentils (including juice from the Tin) in to a food blender and add the stock stockpot, water, coriander, Garlic granules and chilli powder and blend until smooth, then simply heat in the microwave or in a pan for a few minutes until heated through.
