1 tin of Beans
1 tin of Chopped Tomatoes
1/2 small Onion
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
1 Vegetable Stockpot
1 stick Celery Chopped
100mls Water
Method:
Put All the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth, then heat in a pan or transfer to a slow cooker (I would double the ingredients if doing this) and cook for minimum of 2 hours – also delicious with Parma ham – just remove fat and fry in frylight until crisp and sprinkle on top of cooked soup.
