This delicious muesli is perfect to make in the air fryer or oven. It is packed with protein and sweetened with sultanas so there is no need for added sugar. The cinnamon adds a healthy boost of antioxidants and the whole dish is cooked in just 10 minutes and to top it off it also tastes a little like dessert! It's high protein ingredients makes it a perfect choice to kick start your day.
Ingredients
Serves 10
200g Porridge Oats
100g Chopped Mixed Nuts
50g Flaked Almonds
50g Sultanas
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
Olive Oil Spray
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Remove the trivot from your air fryer. Spray the base of the pan lightly with olive oil (5 sprays), preheat for a minute and toss in the muesli. Cook at 150 degrees for 10 minutes, mixing well half way through cooking.
For oven method, follow same steps using an oven tray and cook 150 degrees 15-25 minutes or until golden.
Remove from air fryer/oven and leave to cool. Once completely cold store in an air tight container.
