Chinese Style Ribs

Pork Steaks, fat removed and cut in half lengthways

1 Teaspoon Lazy Garlic

1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Granulated Sweetener

1 Tablespoon Tomato Puree


Method:


Mix the garlic, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sweetener and tomato puree together in a dish and add the pork steaks, mix well to ensure they are thoroughly covered.  You can leave to marinade in the fridge for an hour or two or overnight or if you can’t wait they will still be just as delicious if you cook them straight away.  Cook in a preheated oven, at 175 for approx 25 minutes until browned and cooked through, if you like a more char-grilled effect you can also pop them under the grill and they are also excellent on a BBQ.
