Christmas Stuffing Wreath

This really is simple to make and it looks and tastes delicious. I've used prosciutto ham in this picture but you can also use Parma ham or thinly sliced bacon.

Ingredients

Served 10-16

170g/Pack of Dry Sage & Onion Stuffing Mix

400ml Boiling Water

2 Low Fat Sausages

8 Slices Prosciutto Ham

1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

1 Tablespoon of Bacon crumbles (available in salad dressing aisle in most supermarkets.

Method

Mix the stuffing with the water and leave to cool. Make a circle out of some tin foil and lay four slices of ham in a circle. Take the skin off the sausages and mash into the stuffing mix. Roll stuffing mix into sausage shapes and place on top to ham to form the wreath. Next place the remaining ham over the top of the stuffing. Bring up the edges and press gently to shape the wreath. Brush the wreath with the maple syrup and top with the bacon crumbles.

Cook in the oven for at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes or airfry for 15-20 minutes on 180 degrees.
