This really is a delicious curry, full of warming spices yet mild. It’s very easy to make and goes great with whole grain rice and spiced onions or even on a jacket potato with salad. One the whole family can enjoy.

Ingredients
1 Onion
2-3 Chicken Breasts Cut into Bite Size Pieces
2 Teaspoons Turmeric
2 Teaspoons Garam Masala
2 Tablespoons Mild Curry Powder
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Ginger
1 Chicken or Vegetable Stock Pot Melted in 200ml Hot Water
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Teaspoon Honey
1 Teaspoon Almond Flavouring
100ml Light Coconut Milk
Method
Fry the onion in a non stick pan, add the chicken or quorn pieces and continue to fry.
Now add the turmeric, garam masala, curry powder, ginger and chicken or vegetable stock.
Next add the chopped garlic, honey, almond flavouring and coconut milk, simmer until sauce is glossy and thickened.
Tip try adding 40g of sultanas when adding the stock for extra sweetness
