These delicious flatbreads are so easy to make and with only 4 ingredients you can’t go wrong. Perfect as a side for your favourite curry, or filled with delicious salad and ham, burgers or you can even use them as a wrap.

125g Self Raising Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
125g Greek Yogurt
Flour for Dusting
Method
Place the flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda in a mixing bowl and mix with a spoon so it’s fully combined. Add the Greek yogurt and mix with the spoon until it forms into a dough.
Divide into six and dust the work surface with flour. Using a rolling pin, roll out into a an oval shape about 2mm thick.
Heat a non stick pan until hot and dry fry each flatbread for 1-2 minutes each side or until small bubbles form and the bread starts to colour. Now they are ready to fill.

Try experimenting with herbs and spices for different flavours.
