4 Chicken Breasts
2 Teaspoons Garlic Salt
2 Teaspoons Dried Parsley
Low Calorie Cooking Spray
Method:
Being careful not to slice tight through, cut the chicken width ways to open into a butterfly shape, cover with cling film and hammer our using a rolling pin or meat tenderiser. Spray a non stick pan with cooking spray, sprinkle the garlic and parsley over the chicken breasts and cook for approximately 10-15 minutes or until cooked right through, turn during cooking to brown on both sides.
