4 large Potatoes
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary
2 teaspoons Parsley
2 Cloves Garlic
Fry light (sunflower or olive oil)
Method:
Preheat oven to 175. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes/chunks and place on a microwavable plate and cover with clingfilm. Microwave for 7 minutes. Turn out on to a oven tray and spray with fry light and cook in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and shake potatoes and sprinkle over rosemary, thyme and parsley. Finely chop garlic and sprinkle over potatoes, spray again with fry light, give them a good shake and return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes until golden.
