Strawberry Lemon Meringue Protein Sundaes


These delicious desserts are perfect for a summers treat. They are super simple to make

and only take minutes to put together. Using Greek yogurt makes them much healthier and their high protein content makes them much more filling too. Even better they are less than 200 calories each!


Makes 4


Ingredients

400g Greek Yogurt (10%fat)

1 Meringue Nest

8 Large Strawberries

40 Mini Marshmallows

2 Teaspoons Lemon Flavouring

Treats Strawberry Dessert Sauce


Squirt a little of the treat sauce around the inside edges of 4 sundae glasses. Mix the yogurt and lemon flavouring together with a spoon and divide half between the four glasses. Chop the strawberries into little pieces and layer half the strawberries with half the marshmallows and divide half the meringue crumbling it over each one. Next add another layer of yogurt, strawberries and marshmallows. Divide the rest of the meringue on top and finish with a little strawberry sauce.
