These deliciously light and tasty scones are a perfect addition to any soup or salad or just on their own. They are also delicious filled with ham or cheese or as an alternative from boring sandwiches and a must for picnics.

Ingredients
200g Self Raising Flour
200g Fat Free Plain Yogurt
4 Tablespoons Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
30g Parma Ham chopped
Method
Place the self raising flour, yogurt and Parmesan in to a bowl. Add the Parma ham. Mix well and divide mix into 8. Flour Your hands and roll gently into balls. Place on a lined baking tray and bake in the oven at 180 Degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
