Peanut Butter Cookies

70g Porridge Oats

2 Eggs

16g Granulated Sweetener

2 Tablespoons PPB Peanut Butter Powder


Method:

Mix the ingredients together and line a baking tray, spoon out the mixture into cookie shape rounds and spread evenly onto the tray, bake for approximately 10 minutes at 170. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack.
