450g Lean Pork Mince (5% fat or less)
1 Leek Chopped
Seasoning: Freshly Ground Black Pepper & Salt
1/4 Packet Instant Dried Potato Flakes/Smash
Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Basil
1/2 Teaspoon Parsley
Method:
Place pork mince and leek in a food blender/processor, blend for a few minutes making sure all leek and pork is fully combined. In a bowl mix the smash, herbs and paprika. Gently roll into the meat into sausages and then roll in instant potato mix, spray with fry light all over and roll in mix again, finish with a spray of fry light and cook at 190 for approx 20 minutes. For an even crispier crumb spray again with fry light during cooking.
