2.5kg Potatoes
1 Tablespoon Light Mayonaise
2 Tablespoons Fat Free Fromage Frais
1 Teaspoon Onion Salt
2 Teaspoons Dried Parsley
Method:
Wash the potatoes, leaving the skins on and cut into bite size chunks, boil in a large pan of salted water until cooked, drain and leave until cold. Mix the mayonnaise, onion salt, Fromage Frais and parsley together until fully combined, stir in to the cold potatoes. Delicious!
