Makes 15
4 Eggs Seperated
15g Granulated Sweetener
60g Wholemeal Bread Mix
100ml Hot Water
2 Capfuls Lemon Flavouring
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Frylight Butter Flavour for frying
Method:
Separate the eggs and put the whites into a bowl (preferably glass or stainless Steel) and whisk until white and forming soft peaks as if making Meringue. In a separate bowl mix egg yolks together with the sweetener, flavouring, water, bread mix and Baking powder. Fold the egg whites in to the mixture until fully combined. Spray a non stick pan with frylight, heat the pan and carefully spoon in the pancake mix, cook on each side for a minute or until lightly browned. Delicious served hot or cold.
