This is a really easy recipe and it tastes so good. Using the yogurt makes it gut friendly and fat free. Perfect with soup or on its own or make it sweeter and top with jam and light aerosol cream.
Ingredients
250g porridge
250g course grain flour
1 Tsp baking powder,
500g Fat Free Greek style yogurt. Or any plain yogurt
Mix the porridge, flour, baking powder and yogurt together with a knife or spoon. Tip into a lined loaf tin.
Cook for 40 mins 180 in the air fryer or in at the same temperature in the oven. If using the oven after 40 minutes turn the bread over in the loaf tin and cook for another 10 minutes. Leave to cool completely before slicing xx
