2 Onions
1 Clove Garlic
3 Tablespoons Water
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes
4 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Granulated Sweetener
2 Tablespoons Tomato Purée
Method:
Finely chop the onions and garlic, place in a non stick pan and add the rest of the ingredients and cook for around ten minutes until softened. Delicious served hot or cold.
