Stir Fry Vegetables
Lasagne Sheets
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Sweetener
1 Teaspoon Lazy Garlic
Fry Light
Method:
In a large pan of boiling salted water place a lasagne sheet in one at a time and cook for 3 approx 3 minutes, carefully remove and leave flat on a lined baking tray sprayed with fry light. Cut in half width ways. Stir fry the veg in the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sweetener and garlic until the vegetables are nicely cooked and there is little sauce remaining. Spoon a small amount of the mix onto each half of the lasagne sheet and roll to form a spring roll leaving sealed edge down. Spray each spring roll with fry light and cook in the oven at 175-180 for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp.
