1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Black peppercorns ground or crushed
2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika 1 tub quark ( you can also use fat free yoghurt/fromage frais/crème frais or half and half)
2 teaspoons chopped fresh or dried parsely
2 teaspoons tomato puree
½ teaspoon Chilli Flakes
1 teaspoon lemon juice 2-4 tablespoons water (if using quark only)
Simply mix all the ingredients together and enjoy with your favourite meals.
