3 Eggs
1 small Onion finely chopped
4 slices Ham finely chopped
2 Extra light Laughing Cow Cheese Triangles
Salt & Pepper to Season
Fry Light Butter Spray
Method:
Mix the eggs together in a bowl, grate in the cheese triangles and mix in the ham, season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat the toastie maker and sprat with Frylight, and gently spoon in the mix. Cook for 3 minutes then switch off the machine. Leave for 3-5 minutes (they will continue to cook as the machine cools.) Delicious served with salad or eaten on their own, hot or cold.
