This impressive low sugar treat is so easy to make and really delicious. The contrast between the sharpness of the strawberries & creaminess of the melted chocolate will definitely wake up those tastebuds, a great way to get a little extra fruit in for the kids. The whole family will love them. Delicious served with light aerosol cream.
Makes 4
2 Eggs
4 Slices Wholemeal Bread
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
2-4 Tablespoons Granulated Sweetener
Approx 24 Raspberries (fresh or defrosted frozen raspberries)
4 Single Squares White Chocolate
1-2 Tablespoons Granulated Sweetener for dusting

Method:
Whisk the egg, sweetener and cinnamon. Heat a non stick frying pan sprayed with fry light. Dip the bread into the egg mix coating both sides. Fry in the heated pan until lightly browned on both sides. Place approx 6 raspberries on one half of the Brad, place the chocolate square on top. Fold over the bread to cover and gently press down with a spatula, cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Place onto a serving plate and dust with Granulated sweetener. Enjoy…
